What We Do

Andrew M. Levin is a commercial mortgage broker licensed in all 50 states (NMLS #195710). We connect borrowers with lenders. We don't lend money ourselves — we work with 100+ lenders to find the best fit for your deal.

How It Works

When you contact us:

No Guarantees

While we work hard to fund every deal, we cannot guarantee financing. Loan approval depends on the property, your experience, lender guidelines, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

We'll always be honest about whether a deal is fundable and what rates/terms to expect. If we don't think it'll work, we'll tell you upfront instead of wasting your time.

Fees & Compensation

We are paid by lenders as a broker — we earn a yield spread premium or origination fee on loans we close. We do not charge you a fee.

This means our incentive aligns with yours: we only make money if we close your deal on good terms.

Your Obligations

When you work with us, you agree to:

We do our best. We are not liable for:

Our job is to negotiate and coordinate. We can't control every outcome.

Communication

We communicate by phone, email, and occasionally text. When you reach out, Andrew will call you back — usually within the hour on business days. If you need to pause communication, just ask.

Data & Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Short version: we don't sell your data, we don't share it with random companies, and we keep it secure.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll let you know if anything material changes.

Dispute Resolution

If there's a dispute, we'll try to resolve it directly. If you want to pursue legal action, it falls under the laws of Maryland where Andrew is based. Binding arbitration may apply per your state's laws.
